Renowned Italian filmmaker Renzo Carbonera is discussing August Wilson's "Jitney" from 3-5 p.m on Nov. 12 at Pebble Hill.
The lecture, titled “Moving the Needle: What tight labor markets do for the poor,” will address the question, “What happens when jobs are plentiful, and workers are hard to come by?”
The Medical and Health Humanities Speaker Series hopes to bring together faculty, staff, students and community members to introduce the importance of the humanities in health care.
