Speech-Language Pathology graduate students

Students pursuing a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Auburn University may select one of two options. For information on requirements for both tracks, view the Handbook.

Thesis Track: Master of Science (MS)

Non-thesis Track: Master of Communication Disorders (MCD)

The Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). This accreditation ensures that, upon completion of the Master's program, students will meet all academic and practicum requirements for certification as a speech-language pathologist.
