Upsilon Phi Delta (UPD) is an esteemed national honor society committed to recognizing academic excellence, fostering leadership, and promoting scholarship and service in health administration and health policy. Established under the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA), UPD members represent the highest academic achievement standards, professional integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Being inducted into UPD reflects your dedication to advancing your career and contributing positively to the healthcare community. You should feel a sense of pride in being an inductee of this prestigious society. All HADM programs have a local chapter, and Auburn University is no exception. We recognize and celebrate our students to encourage a commitment to growth and lifelong learning.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Completed at least 18 credit hours in Health Administration (HADM) courses (excluding courses currently in progress).
  2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 in HADM courses overall.
  3. Maintain good academic standing at Auburn University without academic integrity violations.
  4. Maintain active membership in the Health and Hospital Administration Organization (HHAO), including attending at least two events per academic year.
