- Monday, September 30, 2024: Department recommendations and dossiers due to Dean's office. College Committees submit a summary of their deliberations.
- Friday, November 22, 2024: All recommendations and dossiers due to the Office of the Provost.
- Friday, January 3, 2025, to Friday, April 4, 2025: All promotion and tenure deliberations and discussions completed.
