Opelika Main Street

Internships available with Opelika Main Street, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Historic Downtown Opelika, Alabama. No two days at Main Street are the same, and interns will gain experience with whatever they are passionate about, whether it's press releases, working events, social media, graphic design, or any other PR and communication tasks that nonprofits in small towns face. Expect the unexpected: you could run events, hand out maps, attend lunch meetings, design fliers and brochures or help brainstorm for different ways to integrate social media into events and organizations.
