Which class has been your favorite at Auburn so far?
My favorite class at Auburn so far has been public speaking. Public speaking used to be something I feared doing, but the teacher I had and the classmates I had made the experience more enjoyable. It helped me be more comfortable speaking in front of larger groups of people which in turn helped me be able to present presentations at Camp War Eagle this summer.
What is the best technology based resource at Auburn?
The best technology based resource at Auburn in my opinion is Tiger Scheduler. Tiger Scheduler has been a huge help the past couple of years at Auburn when it comes to planning how I want my semester to look. The use of the scheduling based technology has helped me be able to feel more secure and ready for the semester and knowing what lies ahead.
What do you wish someone had told you before you started as a student at Auburn?
Before starting school at Auburn, I wish someone had told me how easy it was to get involved on campus. Getting involved on campus is super easy and helpful to your experience at Auburn as there is a variety of different organizations that you can join on campus.
Where are your favorite places to study on campus?
One of my favorite places to study on campus is in the student center on the third floor. The third floor is a relatively quiet, chill place to study throughout anytime of the day. I also enjoy studying outside Katherine Cooper Cater Hall on the rocking chairs when I have some work to get done.
How do you balance your social and academic obligations?
Something I discovered that help me balance and social obligations is to try and get your work done as early as possible. Finding the time in your day to sit down and focus on your work as soon as you can helps clear your schedule for any other activities you may have throughout your day.
