Scott Simkins earned his Master’s Degree in Literature from the College of William & Mary in 1990 and his Ph.D. in American Literature from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2006. He specializes in 20th-century American Literature and at Auburn University he has taught the World Literature, the American Literature, and the Core Composition sequences as well as 19th-Century American Literature and Business Writing.
