About Me

Scott Simkins earned his master’s degree in literature from the College of William & Mary in 1990 and his PhD in American literature from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2006. He specializes twentieth-century American literature. At Auburn University he has taught world literature, American literature, and core composition as well as 19th-century American literature and business writing.
