Sheena Stewart is the director of Professional Development and Recruiting for the Graduate School at Auburn University. In her role, she serves as the chief strategist providing leadership for the career development of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty at Auburn University. As an applied researcher, her portfolio has focused on transformation in the workforce, interpersonal skill development, evaluation and development of curriculum, and learning systems from K-12 through higher education and into business and industry. Sheena is a principal investigator for research with Air University’s Squadron Officer School at Maxwell Air Force Base and a Co-PI for a National Science Foundation award through Biosystems Engineering addressing food insecurity through aquaponics. Stewart holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Ph.D. in Adult Education, all from Auburn University.
