About Me
Paige Watson received her BS in psychology from the University of Georgia and her MS and PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from Clemson University. Her research focuses on occupational health psychology and the future of work. Her work explores how the changing nature of work influences workers' experiences, factors that promote/hinder their well-being, and ways to empower and enhance organizational equity for workers.
