About Me

Mollie Todt is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences. She is a board certified behavior analyst (doctoral) and serves as a practicum supervisor and the BACB ethics and compliance officer for the ABA program. Her scholarly interests include reconciling behavior analytic and traditional developmental learning philosophies to develop socially valid assessments and interventions for young children. Her current work is focused on self-deterministic approaches to targeting behavioral cusps (e.g., imitation, compliance/following directions, functional communication).

Research Interests

Behavioral cusps, response classes, positive behavior supports, caregiver coaching, interfering/challenging behavior, rigor of observational methods and single subject research designs
