About Me
Melissa began her career in healthcare service over 20 years as a Patient Care Representative while traveling as a military dependent. She earned her Bachelor of Health Informatics and Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University. She is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
She loves all aspects of healthcare, especially topics related to informatics and how it complements healthcare management. Her second love is transportation management, a field which she also has over 30 years of experience.
She enjoys spending time with her family, sports especially Auburn football and basketball, singing and loves all forms of music.
