About Me

Mattie Levin is an undergraduate instructor in Psychological Sciences at Auburn University and serves as a Co-Director for the Auburn University Center for Autism Research, Treatment and Training (CARTT), which is the in-house training clinic for master’s students enrolled in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. Mattie is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in the state of Alabama, and a licensed independent clinical social worker in the state of Alabama (LICSW). She provides supervised training in the delivery of evidence-based, effective and client-centered clinical services for children and families in the Auburn-Opelika area.

Her specialties include early intensive behavioral intervention focused on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction, school readiness preparation, social skills coaching for young teens and older adolescents and caregiver support and training. Mattie is passionate about blending culturally sensitive and humanistic practice with the behavioral science and therapeutic modality of ABA.
