Kimberly Foster Wade, A.A.E., IAP recently retired as the director of operations for Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport. In that position, she oversaw the day-to-day operational functions – including airside, landside, cargo, and wildlife mitigation efforts of the world’s busiest and most efficient airport.
Wade has more than three decades of aviation experience. She came to the City of Atlanta’s Department of Aviation in 1989 as an operations representative. Her entire career at Hartsfield – Jackson has been in the operations division.
A native of Atlanta, Wade earned a degree in aviation management from Auburn University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. She in an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives and is an accredited International Airport Professional.
