About Me

Dr. Christopher Dishop received his BA from the University of San Diego and his PhD in organizational psychology from Michigan State University. After graduating, he spent a year working for the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area and the Army Research Institute, stationed at Fort Belvoir in DC, before heading to Pittsburgh to work as a research fellow of organizational behavior at Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Christopher Dishop studies how modern work environments are reshaping employee behavior. His research focuses on the social and interpersonal impacts of emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, remote meetings, and asynchronous work across time zones and cultures.
