On November 30- December 1, 2018, the Appalachian Regional Commission will host seven students from Auburn University at the 18TH annual Appalachian Teaching Project symposium in Washington, D.C.

The public is invited to the second annual presentation of the Wayne Flynt Endowed Graduate Research Award in Alabama History and Culture on Tuesday, November 27 at 4 p.m. at Pebble Hill. The 2018 recipient, Joshua Shiver, will discuss the influence of interpersonal relationships on soldier motivation during the Civil War.
