The Landmarks Foundation of Montgomery, Alabama Department of Archives and History and Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for Arts and Humanities at Auburn University continue their exploration of early Alabama history with Cultural Crossroads XV: The Mississippi Territory in Becoming Alabama on February 13, 2016 at the Alabama Department of Archives and History.

The Dean of the College of Liberal Arts invites faculty, students, staff, and community members to attend a celebration of research and creative scholarship with College of Liberal Arts faculty members on Thursday, Jan. 28 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at Pebble Hill.

Attorney and Auburn Trustee Elizabeth Huntley will talk about her recent memoir, More Than A Bird, on Thursday, February 4 at 4 p.m. at the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities.

The public is invited to “’The Original Great Tye’ and How It Was Broken: Creek Indian History in Three Acts,” a talk by Auburn University professor Kathryn Braund on Thursday, January 21 at 4 p.m. at Pebble Hill.  

The public is invited to a book talk with Marian Carcache and Margee Bright Ragland of the Mystic Order of East Alabama Fiction Writers on Thursday, January 14 at 4 p.m.
