- Professional Skills Development In Community Arts Certificate Launched by College of Liberal Arts

The College of Liberal Arts at Auburn University is pleased to announce a new continuing education certificate program titled, Professional Skills Development In Community Arts, which is open to all and will be of interest to individuals who work within community arts organizations, artists, students, arts volunteers, and art educators.
The inaugural Professional Skills Development in Community Arts Certificate is offered over six months, August 2014 through January 2015, on the Auburn University campus in Auburn, AL. Additionally, skills refresher modules will be offered annually to retain the currency of module content.

Save the date! On Friday and Saturday, October 17-18, 2013, the Auburn University College of Liberal Arts’ Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities and Department of English will host the fifth annual Auburn Writers Conference, “The Inspired South.” The conference offers instruction, practice, perspective, and community for both established and emerging writers.
