2024 • Tyler Peek

I am not what you call a virtuosic musician. I cannot shred scales or solos at 200bpm, I don’t know 20 different voicings of Cmaj9, and I can’t do crazy vocal runs like Mariah Carey; but what I can do is write songs that mean something to me. Life gets dark sometimes, for all of us, so I write to help myself feel the warmth of that light that went away for a while. I think great music is the product of honest hearts and minds that want to be alive. Throughout this rollercoaster we are all riding together, I hope that every one of you is lucky enough to hear a piece of music that touches your heart and reminds you of what it feels like to be truly alive.
