Kayak & Canoe Competition being held in Elba
Living Democracy student Oquendo Bernard is helping organize a Kayak & Canoe Competition Saturday, July 24, in Elba. There will be staggered start times between 8 and 11 a.m. He said the event, in part, is to boost awareness of Pea River Outdoors and the beauty of nature that can be discovered out on the river.
