Solo exhibition featuring works by Auburn alum Emily Blair Quinn.
October 2 – 29, 2026
Auburn alum Emily Blair Quinn, BFA in Studio Art ’13 returns to Biggin Hall with an exhibition of paintings, photographs and layered cast resin sculptures. Quinn’s artistic process begins with vintage figurines. She photographs the figurines in dollhouse scenes, and casts them in resin to create translucent sculptures; these photographs and sculptures are artworks in themselves and inspiration for her paintings. In Quinn’s hands, the figurines become larger-than-life characters in intensely colored, eerie scenes that drop the viewer in the middle of stories we must write for ourselves.
