Our History
The Auburn University Speech and Hearing Clinic, an outreach service of the College of Liberal Arts, was established in 1947 and has consistently served the surrounding community ever since.
Our Clinic
The clinic provides a full range of evaluation and treatment services for clients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. The Clinic is located on the 1st floor of the Haley Center, in the heart of the Auburn University campus. The facilities include five audiometric test booths, an electrophysiologic test room, fifteen therapy rooms with observation, and a group therapy room.
Our Staff
The Clinic is staffed by state licensed and nationally certified audiologists and speech-language pathologists. All faculty members hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Our Mission
The Clinic provides training for undergraduate and graduate students in Speech-Language Pathology and students enrolled in the Doctor of Audiology program. The clinic serves as a training opportunity for students, and each case is closely supervised and monitored by faculty to ensure the highest quality services to our clients.
