Description:

The Individual Differences, Training, and Assessment Lab examines how to apply psychology to the workplace, such as personnel selection, training and development, etc.  We currently have two research foci: applicants faking under selection context and newcomer adjustment. In order to investigate our research topics, we conduct both lab and field experiments with human subjects using a variety of techniques including surveys, statistical methods, biological measures and qualitative methods.
