The Artificial Intelligence for Measurement and Selection Lab (AIMS) led by Dr. Jinyan Fan focuses on selection and assessment, specifically through the lens of AI and machine learning. Our work seeks to better the use of AI and machine learning in the field of IO Psychology and the workplace at large. Our projects cover a range of topics such as the inference of various individual differences, the psychometric properties of these measures, applicant experiences and more.
