Who can use LUCIA?
LUCIA is designed for industry and business clients (inside and outside Auburn University) who are working on communication-related projects and engaged in communication-related research. To maintain LUCIA’s resources and to provide good support to clients, we charge fees, but we monitor industry rates to ensure that our fees are competitive.
We at LUCIA are interested in outreach projects and programs, and we invite any interested community members to contact us to learn more about how we can collaborate.
Faculty and graduate students in the College of Liberal Arts are welcome to contact the LUCIA staff to discuss research possibilities in our facility. We welcome other Auburn University researchers as well.
So far, we have helped several Auburn University students with their projects; some of these projects are as follows:
- Usability research examining card-sort variance and perceived user experience
- University website testing to examine user experience
- Government website testing considering accessibility and usability
- Focus groups, presentations, and more
