Lab Alumni

Faith Miller (BS, 2025) – Faith is working as a research coordinator in a clinical neuropsychology lab at the Medical University of South Carolina, conducting neuroimaging and clinical research trials on Alzheimer’s Disease and aging. She plans to attend a doctoral program for clinical neuropsychology.

Abby Chomos (BS, 2025) – Abby graduated summa cum laude and is planning to apply to medical school.

Adin Rossi (BS, 2025) – Adin is pursuing an M.S. degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Madeline McCormick (BS, 2025) – Madeline is working as a clinical assistant at an orthopedic clinic and plans to attend medical school.

Cole Elsea (BS, 2025) - Cole is pursuing his medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham - Heersink School of Medicine. Currently he is interested in specializing in pediatrics but knows this is subject to change once he begins school.

Gracie Farmer (BS, 2025) – Gracie is attending the University of South Florida to pursue a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences! She’s interested in pharmaceutical research and development. 

Amatallah Saulawa (BA, 2025) – Amatallah is working in public health with the non-profit HEART Women & Girls.

Reena Falisi (BS, 2024) – Reena is taking a gap year before applying to medical school.

Callie Butts (BS, 2024) – After graduation, Callie is working as a surgical neurophysiologist for Specialty Care.

Lainie Doyle (BS, 2024) – Lainie is working as an Emergency Room technician and plans to attend medical school.

E’Keema McCray (MS, 2024) – E’Keema is currently working in healthcare and will be pursuing a doctorate in public health and epidemiology.

Siobhan Mullins (BS, expected 2026) – Siobhan is completing a B.S. degree in Psychology at Emory University and plans to attend medical school after graduation.

Demi Hester (BSN, expected 2025) – Demi is completing the B.S. degree program in nursing with the College of Nursing.

Eddie Parma (BA, 2023) – After graduation, Eddie is pursuing an M.S. degree in Clinical Psychology at Washburn University.

Madison Tyler (BA, 2022) – Madison is pursuing an M.S. degree in I/O Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Savannah Strickland (BS, 2023) – Savannah is pursuing an accelerated B.S. to Pharm.D. program at the Harrison School of Pharmacy.

Grace Schooley McGinty (BS, 2022) – Grace is pursuing an M.S. degree in the Physician’s Assistant program at Lincoln Memorial University.

Sydney Hendrix (BA, 2022) – Sydney is pursuing an MA in Experimental Psychology at UA-Huntsville.

Jesse Cape (BS, 2022) – After graduation, Jesse led a medical study abroad program in Costa Rica, worked as a patient care technician in Colorado, and then taught English in Spain to elementary-aged students. Jesse is currently attending medical school at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico! 

Erica George (BA, 2022) – Erica received her M.S. in I/O Psychology at Auburn University. She works as an HR Specialist for Hyundai MOBIS.

Blakely Hammonds (BA, 2022) – Blakely completed her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Alabama. She is currently a clinical intern at the University of South Alabama Providence Hospital Neurorehabilitation.

Yixuan Ni (BA, 2022) – Yixuan is pursuing an MS degree in Neuroscience at Tulane.

Meredith Nowak (BA, 2022) –Meredith completed her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Clemson University! She is currently a licensed Associate Professional Counselor at Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital.

Amelia Grace Hill (BA, 2021) – Amelia Grace worked as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Spain before completing an M.A. in Hispanic Linguistics at University of Arizona. She is now an International Admissions Advisor at Christian Brothers University.

Ally Salchert Wade (BS, 2021) – Ally completed her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Samford University. She is currently working as a certified Physician Assistant at Zoelife Psychiatric Services.

Stephen Woods (BA, 2021) - Stephen is pursuing an MS in human factors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Michelle Barrineau (BA, 2021)  - Michelle is pursuing an MS degree in child life at Auburn University.

Erin Blythe (BS, 2020) -  Erin worked for Teach for America before pursuing a Pharm.D. degree at the Harrison School of Pharmacy.

Caroline Doran (BA, 2019) - Caroline received her Master’s degree in I/O Psychology from St. Cloud State University. She is now a Staff Consultant for People Advisory Services.

Erika McLaughlin (visiting scholar, 2019) - Erika completed her M.Ed. in learning, design and technology at the University of Southern California in Spring 2020. She is currently an instructional design associate at General Dynamics Information Technology.
