Criteria for Referrals

  • Child must be between ages 2-20 and currently have an open case with Alabama DHR
  • BEHAVIORAL SERVICES ONLY: Must be in or from current catchment county
    • Must have challenging behavior (e.g., aggression, doesn't complete chores, doesn't follow instructions, etc.)
  • MEDICATION REVIEW ONLY: Can be in any county in Alabama 
  • Child does not have to be on medication to receive APMRT services
  • Anybody can make a referral! Examples include a foster parent, social worker, case manager, physician, etc.
  • Complete the referral form below for the services you are interested in
