The Dept. of Foreign Languages and Literatures looks forward to once again hosting the region’s premier foreign language conference in Auburn, Alabama on October 10-12, 2019. Those present will bear witness to the incredible growth of Auburn University and of the City of Auburn. For those traveling by air, Auburn is easily accessible through the Atlanta airport; and for drivers, Alabama has first rate highway infrastructure and October is the beginning of a long slow fall season with much sunshine and warmth. This year’s participants will enjoy the convenience of our newly remodeled venue, the warm welcome of a department and university that strive to surpass your expectations, the close proximity of downtown Auburn with many new shops and restaurants, and the personal contacts and intellectual exchanges that bring us back to MIFLC year after year.
