No Impact Week
March 25- April 1, 2018
Auburn University students, faculty, and staff are invited to conserve and reduce their impact on the environment as they participate in No Impact Week from March 26 - April 2. No Impact Week is an international initiative designed to promote sustainability by challenging people to live lifestyles that are better for them and for the environment.
This week-long challenge is hosted by the College of Liberal Arts' Community and Civic Engagement Initiative and co-sponsored by International Paper. It will include events each day centered on reducing environmental impact in different areas of life.
The themes for each day are:
- SUNDAY MARCH 25 - Trash
- MONDAY MARCH 26 - Food
- TUESDAY MARCH 27 - Consumption
- WEDNESDAY MARCH 28 - Transportation
- THURSDAY MARCH 29 - Water
- FRIDAY MARCH 30 - Energy
- SATURDAY MARCH 31 - Giving Back
- SUNDAY APRIL 1 - Eco Sabbath
