Hayford Nsiah is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Auburn University. Dr. Nsiah received his PhD in Public Policy Analysis and Administration from Saint Louis University in 2017. His teaching and research interests include public finance and budgeting, program evaluation, public policy and analysis, local governance, policy implementation and management, non-profit management and policy ethics. He has extensive experience as a financial/business analyst. He teaches graduate courses on Public Budgeting, Seminar in Public Policy and Administration, and Policy Implementation and Management. He also teaches undergraduate public administration courses on policy process, as well as classes in finance. His research has appeared (or is forthcoming) in British Journal of Economics, Management & Trade, and International Journal of Education and Social Science.
He possess extensive knowledge and experience in diverse industries including educational, finance, healthcare, and nonprofit management. He has a knack for developing creative strategies to boost productivity and increase customer satisfaction through a hands-on approach to management.
