Which class has been your favorite at Auburn so far? I think my favorite class has been either POLI 1097 or POLI 1057. I took them both during my freshman year, and as my introduction to future political science courses they both got me so excited for the rest of my major.
What is the best technology-based resource at Auburn? One of my favorite technology-based resources at Auburn is DegreeWorks. I have used it so many times! I use it every time I plan out my schedule, and it was especially helpful when I was deciding if I wanted to add another minor.
What do you wish someone had told you before you started as a student at Auburn? I wish someone would have told me how much I would learn about myself. I obviously knew going in that academically I would learn plenty, but I had no clue how much I would learn about myself as a student, friend and worker. Classes, organizations and connections I have made at Auburn have helped me grow more than I could've imagined.
Where are your favorite places to study on campus? My favorite place to study on campus is actually the Student Center. I don't like to work in complete silence, so it's a great place for me, especially since there are so many different places to go. I also love sitting right outside the Student Center when the weather is nice.
How have you been able to maintain your social and academic involvement during the COVID pandemic? I have tried to maintain my social and academic involvement by making sure I have a good combination of both virtual and in-person commitments. Seeing that we are in a time when so much is virtual, I have tried to make sure I also have time to do things in person with my friends, organizations or classes so that I don't get burnt out from being online too much.
