Mrs. Driggers received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a voice principal from Samford University, completing additional requirements for the Samford Performing Arts Program. While a student, she performed with the Samford Opera Workshop, Samford Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and was a soloist with the University Chorale. 

Previously, Mrs. Driggers served at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC as a staff accompanist, then at Newberry College in Newberry, SC as a staff accompanist and adjunct instructor of secondary voice. She served as collaborative pianist for the Laurens County Chorale and the Greenwood Festival Chorale (SC) for many years, accompanying two international tours with these groups. She has taught private voice and piano students at her home studio since 1987. In addition, Mrs. Driggers has 29 years of experience directing children’s choirs in Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. 

Mrs. Driggers serves as a collaborative pianist for the Auburn University Department of Music, where she accompanies voice majors, the Opera Workshop program, and the Women’s Chorus. She is married to Morris Driggers, Associate Pastor for Music at Auburn First Baptist Church, and they have two adult sons.
