Lesley A. Warren Scholarship

The Lesley A. Warren Scholarship was established through a gift to the department by Priscilla J. Warren (class of 1991). A dual major in Political Science and History, Warren, fluent in Russian, put her talents to work overseas in Russia, Poland, and Switzerland. Her years in Europe and Russia gave her a new global perspective, and through this scholarship she wishes to provide Auburn students with the same opportunity. The scholarship is presented in honor and memory of her father, Lesley Alfred Warren, who greatly influenced her life and love of education.

The $1000 scholarship is awarded annually to a rising junior or senior history major who plans to travel abroad prior to graduation, with preference given to students planning to travel abroad to study in a Slavic language.

Apply for this scholarship using Auburn University Scholarship Opportunity Manager (AUSOM).
