The public is invited to “Who We Are and What We Do: The High Impact of African American Social Organizations,” a talk by Dr. Earnestine Green McNealey. McNealey is a researcher and write who specializes in the history of African-Amreican women’s groups committed to used their resources to improve lives and communities.  She has written official histories of Alpha Kappa Alpha and the Links, and her latest book, Transformational Links: Empowering Purposeful Lives and Strong Communities, is scheduled for release in November.
