Ralph DiFranco received his PhD from the University of Connecticut in 2016. Much of his work is at the intersection of the philosophy of language and applied ethics. His current research focuses on the moral implications of using pejorative language in the privacy of one’s own mind through inner speech. He is also interested in the ethics of racial humor.
