School of Communication & Journalism
Student Learning Outcomes

Each of the programs making up the School of Communication and Journalism have developed a set of Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) that reflect the specified knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes that students should master upon completion of their program of study. SLOs reflect a program’s goals, discipline and/or professional requirements/skills, as well as any accreditation expectations. In the links below, you will find each program’s student learning outcomes accompanied by a curriculum map.

Questions regarding SLOs should be directed to the program’s director.
