Your director will be emailed a link to an online recommendation form after the application deadline, so please ensure this address is correct on the application. The deadline for director's recommendations is 11:59 PM on Wednesday, August 21st. Applicants who do not receive a recommendation by this time will not be considered.
  • Please note that completing this form does not automatically register you for the festival. Accepted applicants must fill out and mail in a registration packet which will be made available on our website. Please do not send us a registration fee until you've been notified of your acceptance.
  • The official list of accepted applicants and alternates will be available here on Friday, August 23rd.

If your director doesn't have an official school email, make sure to provide both a valid school fax number and school phone number at which your director can be reached. Applications without valid contact information for a band director will not be considered, as a director's recommendation is required for acceptance to the festival.
