The Alabama Review is the quarterly journal of the Alabama Historical Association. The Department of History has hosted the journal's editorial office twice: from 1968 to 1976, under the editorship of Malcolm C. McMillan, and from 1996 to the present, under the editorship of Robert J. Jakeman.
